| October 1-2, 2002** - Host: ITI - Washington, DC | US delegation meeting/caucus in preparation for the November 2002 JTC 1 Plenary (attendance is mandatory only for the members of the US delegation) |

**Note: While attendance at an open delegation meeting is mandatory for members of the US delegation to the associated JTC 1 plenary meeting, failure to attend the delegation meetings will not negatively impact an organization's attendance record. Attendance at open delegation meetings will count towards the establishment or maintenance of voting membership on the committee.
