Instructions from the JTC 1 Secretariat: The HTML JTC 1 templates are to be used for any future documents submitted to the JTC 1 Secretariat. Documents already out for ballot can still use the old form. The HTML templates are circulated so that the JTC 1 Secretariat can post documents in HTML without having to convert them from another format and having to deal with formatting problems that often result. SC Secretariats should pay special attention to many of these templates because they will need to use these when issuing future documents to their members.
